My name is Phillippa Lady Russell and I was a regular Guest of Mr. Peter Nygard at his Lyford Cay home on many Sunday evenings.

I can state without equivocation that at no time have I witnessed any underage girls attending any Pamper Parties, as the age of Invitation was 18 yrs. and over.  

Mr. Nygard, whose commitment to healthy living and eating habits mandated no-smoking and no alcoholic consumption at his home would have removed any guests who insisted on cigarettes.

The unsubstantiated widely published claims brought against Mr. Peter J. Nygard in this Class Action lawsuit are parcel of a vile and malicious defamation campaign being waged against him by his racist neighbour.

Further, former Assistant Commissioner of Police, Marvin Dames was never a Guest at NYGARD CAY as his name had been placed on the RESTRICTED LIST.  

No guests were permitted 

to enter the second and third floor bedroom sections as these areas were prohibited from entry by security guards, supplied by Mr. Leo Thurston's Private Security Company.  

Mr. Leo Thurston personally ensured Mr. Nygard's safety and was always the singular Security- person strictly escorting any visitors to Mr. Nygard's personal living quarters and back.

THE UNTOLD STORY OF BACON'S ANIMOSITY!!!

When Mr. Peter Nygard  first arrived in The Bahamas he had no knowledge, understanding or exposure to the concept of White Prejudice.  His purchase of property in the exclusive gated community of Lyford Cay, which was long known for its 'Restrictive Real Estate Covenants' prohibiting the sale of land to persons of color,  was an alien and repulsive concept to the Finnish born philanthropist.
Being an avid supporter of local sporting endeavours and having substantially sponsored the Bahamas Women's Olympic Relay team aka "THE GOLDEN GIRLS" in their quest for Olympic Gold in the 2000 Olympiads in Sydney, Australia Mr. Nygard had endeared himself to the Bahamian nation.
Mr. Nygard's generosity was mirrored in the massive celebrations which followed at his Nygard Cay property.
All of these celebrational festivities enjoyed by Bahamians of color were viewed firsthand by his neighbor, Mr. Louis Moore Bacon, great-grandson of the Grand Wizard of the Ku  Klux Klan, Colonel Harry Moore, the founder and chief of of the KKK in Wilmington,  North Carolina.
This massive celebration of the Olympic victory by the Peter Nygard sponsored "GOLDEN GIRLS" and thousands of their friends and family must have angered the entire Moore clan.
Thus began the crusade to incarcerate and destroy the reputation of Mr. Peter J. Nygard!!! 

"Everyone in The Bahamas knows the name Peter Nygard is synonomous with Corporate Sponsorship of Community Development, Medical Charities, Boxing, Sailing, Family Island Regatta promotions, and philanthropy of every kind.  Making you out to be a villian will never happen in the minds of the Bahamian people....who know this smear campaign to be based on fabricated LIES!!!"
